| Proposed Chicago hotel targets LGBT community Parkview Developers is looking to build a boutique hotel in Chicago aimed at the LGBT market. Parkview managing partner Ian Reisner says the planned Out Chicago property would be marketed as a "straight-friendly urban resort." Plans call for a 112-room hotel with a rooftop bar, a full spa and gym, and an enclosed atrium that could be used as event space.
